Counselor and Head of the Criminal Department has issued an order banning the publication of any news reports related to the Case No. 1504 for the year 2021 filed by Hamad Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah against Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and others.
A local Arabic daily quoting the Criminal Court said the order prohibits publishing any news, information or data on the aforementioned case in all newspapers and the print, visual and audio media, as well as through the information network, by all means of information technology.
