Ban on entry of expat passengers to country will continue until further notice

The decision to ban the entry of expat passengers through Kuwait International Airport (KIA) will continue until further notice, under a directive issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Al Rai reported. This is a continuation of the implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (77) taken in its extraordinary meeting held on 1 March.

Earlier, an informed source in the DGCA revealed to the daily that KIA will not be affected by the curfew decision started by the Council of Ministers, and flights will continue as scheduled.

The source told Al-Rai daily that the Civil Aviation Administration will adhere to a prior plan, which is that passengers can travel on the condition they present their travel tickets at the checkpoints with their companions who wish to transport them to and from the airport.
