The state of Kuwait and the Republic of Azerbaijan are united by centuries-old friendship and cooperation. We are very proud to successfully carry these historical traditions into the future.
I believe that the high-level relations between the two countries will continue to grow as a result of the wise policy of the heads of state for the mutual interests and well-being of our states and peoples.
