Shops in the Avenues Mall will have a 50% cut of their total rents for July and August after they were exempt from the full value in March, April, May and June, according to a decision by Mabanee Company management The total cost of all discounts for shop owners in the Avenues will reach about 40 million dinars until the end of next August.
The Mabanee affirmed its keenness to support its renters as Kuwait tackles the coronavirus pandemic, which has impacted various sectors in all countries of the world. The management has taken a number of new decisions to complement its previous decisions regarding its renters in the Avenues who were unable to work due to government measures to suspend their business activities. The aim of this decision is to support the renters, and minimize the harm done to them.
