The circular that has been issued by the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) says a worker has to present himself/herself personally in front of the Labor Relations Department official to ensure he/she has received his/her financial dues in full and express his/her desire for travel for good or to sign the request for transfer from one sector to another as per the procedures laid down by PAM.
Al-Rai daily quoting PAM official spokesperson and director of the Public Relations and Media Department, Aseel Al-Mazyed, said the competent labor department runs a check on the documents to ensure the contents of the circular are honored.
