National Day celebrations for the Asian expatriate who threw a water balloon at the police patrol turned out to be his misfortune after he was tracked from the video that went viral catching him in his act.
The Security Media Department at the Ministry of the Interior confirmed that based on video evidence the police were able to apprehend him and refer him to competent authorities in preparation for his deportation.
