After a video clip went viral showing a motorist deliberately obstructing traffic, the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media Department said traffic policeman identified the suspect and took him in custody and impounded his vehicle.
The GTD calls on all motorists to abide by the traffic law to protect themselves and other road users and not hesitate to call the emergency phone 112 to report untoward incidents.
