On behalf of the people and government of the Republic of Argentina, I warmly congratulate the Government and people of Kuwait on the 58th anniversary of their independence and the 28th anniversary of liberation.
Since establishing diplomatic relations our countries have continued to maintain friendly and cooperative relations.
