On behalf of the Indian Embassy and the Indian community in Kuwait, I extend sincere congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, on assuming the highest office of the Amir of the State of Kuwait. Under his visionary leadership, Kuwait is expected to take rapid strides towards further progress and prosperity.
