The US recorded almost 20,000 new coronavirus cases and 600 deaths on Sunday, according to Johns Hopkins University.
The tally showed that about 19,788آ coronavirus cases were recorded bringing the total to 1,790,191 nationwide, including at least 104,381 deaths.
There are four states across the US with over 100,000 confirmed coronavirus cases, as New York remains the hardest hit with 370,770آ confirmed cases and 29,784 deaths.
