The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Affairs, Mazen Al-Nahedh, has instructed to open an investigation into the ministry’s loss of the provisional compensation ruling estimated at one million dinars, in solidarity with other parties.
Informed sources told a local Arabic daily that Al-Nahedh has asked for a report explaining, legally and procedurally reasons for the weakness of the “commerce” position in the defense.
