The President of the Physiotherapy Society, Hana Al-Khamis, praised the formation of a committee by the Ministry of Health to study the possibility of allowing supportive medical specialties to work in private sector hospitals on a part-time basis.
Al-Anba has learned the committee is headed by the Assistant Undersecretary for Civil Medical Services Dr. Fatima Al-Najjar, who is exerting all efforts in this matter.
Al-Khamis said in a press statement that this issue was one of the demands of the Physiotherapy Society during the last meeting with the Minister of Health, Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed, who had graciously promised to issue instructions to form a committee in this regard.
