The Director of Jahra Zakat in the Programs and Projects Sector at Al-Najat Charitable Society, Muhammad Al-Saeedi, encouraged donors to contribute to the “Helping Needy Families” project inside Kuwait, an Arab daily reported.
He specified that the target groups are low-income, widows, the disabled, the sick, and those in need. He said that through the project, material and food assistance are provided, as well as rental payments for hundreds of needy families annually.
Al-Saeedi clarified that a thorough study is conducted on advanced cases before disbursing assistance, as well as verifying all documents and identification papers. The contribution to the project can be made in any amount by the same donor. He added that the donation can be forwarded by reaching out to the charity through phone call at +965 97286698 or by visiting the headquarters in Jahra, behind the pump gas station, next to the automated bakery.
