The coronavirus (COVID-19) infected 812 people in Kuwait in the past 24 hours, raising the infection cases to 120,232 since the outbreak of the pandemic. 10 patients died, bringing the death toll to 740.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments has reached 122 cases, bringing the total of all cases confirmed and are still receiving the necessary medical care to 8,052 cases.
Al-Sanad indicated that the number of new swabs done during the past 24 hours reached 7,853, bringing the total to 865,560. The Ministry of Health announced earlier in the day that 726 infections had recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovery cases to 111440 cases.
