The coronavirus (COVID-19) infected 695 people in Kuwait in the past 24 hours, raising the infection cases to 120,927 since the outbreak of the pandemic. 4 patients died, bringing the death toll to 744.
Ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments has reached 123 cases, making the total number of all cases confirmed to have (Covid-19) disease and are still receiving the necessary medical care to 8,073 cases.
Al-Sanad added that the number of swabs that were done in the past 24 hours reached 5194, bringing the total to 870,754 examinations.
Ministry of Health announced earlier in the day that 670 infections had recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 112,110.
