5.3% of Kuwait’s population vaccinated

Informed sources in the Ministry of Health confirmed to Al-Qabas daily that the increasing frequency of vaccinations against Coronavirus in the country recently indicates the ministry’s insistence on vaccinating the largest number of people during the next few months. The daily reported that the number of those who received the vaccination until 23 February reached about 228,000 citizens and expats, and a rate of 5.3 percent of the population.

The sources said that the months of March and April are expected to increase the number of vaccinations, especially with allowing clinics in more than one health center in more than one area to disperse vaccinations, as well as the continuous services at the Kuwait Vaccination Center with a supervisor.

The daily also highlighted the importance of adhering to the health regulations even after taking one dose or two doses of the vaccines, to ensure that you do not catch the infection or even spread it to others.
