An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 occurred 17 km east of Amahai, Indonesia, at 22:10 GMT on Monday, the US Geological Survey said. The agency added that the quake occurred at a depth of 62 km, initially at the junction of 3.3112 degrees south latitude and 129.0715 degrees east longitude.
