The Public Prosecution on the strength of criminal judgments issued in Case No. 1499/2008 after completing the necessary legal procedures said 42 properties belonging to Fahd Mazyad Al-Raja’an and Mona Muhammad Al-Wazzan will be sold through an auction to be held on Nov 22 and Nov 23 at 6:30 pm at the Four Seasons Hotel to recover public funds.
In a tweet via its official Twitter account, the Public Prosecution called on those wishing to participate in the auction or for inquiries must visit the main office of Al-Enmaa Real Estate Company during official working hours as of Oct 30, 2022 at its headquarters on the sixth floor of Al-Enmaa Tower, Al-Mirqab area, Abdullah Al-Mubarak Street.
