Kuwait ministry of Health registered 4 deaths and 1,402 coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours.
the new fatalities raised the total number of deaths to 1,423 and registered infections topped 251,675, ministry spokesman Dr Abdulla Al Sanad said in a statement to Kuna.
He said that 1,296 patients recovered in the past 24 hours to reach atotal of 235.053 and said that recovery to infection ration was 93.4 per cent. Dr Al Sanad said that 237 Covid-19 patients were in intensive care units while the total patients receiving health care was 15,199.
Health care workers conducted a total of 8,880 swab tests in the past 24 hours to reach a total of 2,187,159 tests since the pandemic broke out in Kuwait.
