The Ministry of Health announced 345 new coronavirus infections, raising the total to 103,544 while 4 deaths were reported raising the fatalities to 601.
The cases were distributed in the following areas: 83 from Al-Ahmadi, 37 in Al-Farwaniyah, 49 in Al-Jahra, 112 in Hawalli and 64 in Al-Asimah (the capital).
Additionally, active cases hospitalized amounted to 8,014, with 109 of them in intensive care units, Al-Sanad elaborated. Health authorities conducted 2025 swab tests in 24 hours with a total of 735,918, he revealed. Dr. Al-Sanad urged everyone in Kuwait to adhere to precautionary measures against the virus. Earlier today, the ministry confirmed 718 fresh recovery cases, raising the total to 94,929 cured people so far.
