344,746 applications for registration of Covid-19 vaccination certificates accepted: MoH

The Ministry of Health (MoH) announced 344,746 applications for registration of certificates of vaccination against Covid-19 issued by foreign governments in their respective countries have been accepted, out of the total 539,708 number of registration requests, while 194,962 requests have been rejected for various reasons.

Al-Qabas has learned 41% of the certificates were rejected because the registration data was entered incorrectly, 29% were rejected because the vaccination certificates were not clear, or the QR Code did not work, 27% were rejected because the attachment files were incorrect, and 3% because the vaccination is not approved in Kuwait.

The ministry pointed out some enter incorrect personal data that does not match the name, date of birth, nationality or passport number on the certificate or enter the vaccination data incorrectly, “such as the name of the manufacturer, the date of receiving the dose, the batch number, or failure to enter the data for the first two doses, or the second, stressing the need to observe accuracy during the registration process and double check the data before uploading it on the site, so that the request is accepted as quickly as possible.
