The Deputy Director-General of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities for Education and Rehabilitation Services, Dr. Nahed Al-Ateeqi, announced thirty male and female students with disabilities have been accepted for foreign scholarship plan of the Ministry of Higher Education for the academic year (2023-2024) — students who have obtained a general secondary certificate of all kinds, reports Al-Rai daily.
