The official spokesman for the unified government application of electronic services (Sahel) Yousef Kazim announced the launch of 3 new electronic services by the Kuwait Credit Bank through the application, raising the number of services provided by the bank within the application to 12 electronic services.
A local Arabic daily quoting Kazim explained that the three new services that have been added from the Credit Bank include requesting a disability grant, which is one of the new smart services that the Credit Bank has recently activated, in addition to the IBAN registration service for the customer’s bank account and the request service To Whom It May Concern Certificate for non-customers of the bank.
He pointed out that these new services added by the Kuwait Credit Bank will contribute to providing a better experience for users of the application through easy access to a group of services most popular with citizens, thus enhancing the bank’s orientation towards providing electronic services that save time and effort for the citizen.
