The coronavirus (COVID-19) infected 230 people in Kuwait in the past 24 hours, raising the infection cases to 144,599, since the outbreak of the pandemic. 6 patients died, bringing the death toll to 897.
Ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the number of people receiving medical care in the intensive care departments reached 84 cases, bringing the total number of cases confirmed to have (Covid 19) disease and are still receiving the necessary medical care to 3361 cases. He added that the number of swabs conducted in the past 24 hours amounted to 4,626, bringing the total to 11,464,420 tests.
Ministry of Health announced earlier today that 306 infections had recovered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 140,341 cases.
