Around 150 messengers, specifically those with jobs in the Farwaniya Educational District, have not been paid their salaries since March, reports Al-Anba daily quoting informed sources.
The messengers were assured that their salaries would be paid every month but the promises have not been fulfilled to date. The daily said, quoting sources, that despite the non-payment of salaries, the messengers continue to work diligently. The Ministry of Education Undersecretary Faisal Maqsid was requested to quickly intervene to end the suffering of these messengers and ensure the full-payment of their dues.
