Kuwait records 45.5 million dinars in real estate deals over two days

Statistics released by the Ministry of Justice showed that 51 real estate transactions were recorded over two working days in the first week of April, with a total value of approximately 45.5 million dinars.
Data from the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department indicated that investment properties led market activity, with 26 deals worth 27.9 million dinars. Private residential properties followed, with 21 transactions totaling 8 million dinars.
The commercial sector recorded two transactions valued at 1.5 million dinars, while two warehouse properties were traded for a combined 8 million dinars, reports Al-Rai daily.
Geographically, activity varied across governorates. The Capital Governorate recorded one private and one investment transaction, while Hawalli saw five private and five investment deals.
Farwaniya registered four private transactions, alongside two commercial and two investment deals, while Mubarak Al-Kabeer recorded two private property sales.
Al-Ahmadi Governorate led in overall activity, with seven private and 18 investment transactions, while Al-Jahra recorded two private real estate deals during the same period.
