Kuwait air defenses intercept missile, drone attacks, army says
Sirens heard across the country
Kuwait’s air defense systems are currently intercepting hostile missile and drone attacks, the Kuwait Armed Forces said in a statement early Wednesday, March 18.
The General Staff of the army noted that any explosions heard across the country are the result of air defense systems successfully engaging incoming threats.
Authorities urged the public to remain calm and strictly follow all safety and security instructions issued by relevant agencies.
