Governor receives the people of Jahra
Kuwait intends to make a breakthrough in all fields through rationalisation and advancement to be ranked among the developed countries of the world.
The Governor of Jahra, Hamad Al Habshi, received a number of people from the Jahra Governorate, at the General Office of the Governorate in the presence of the Director of the Automatic Centre Department, at the Ministry of Electricity and Water, and the head of the “Incentive for Rationalisation” team, Eng. Saud Al-Hayyan.
On a very positive note, Hamad Al-Habashi stressed that the country is about to make a breakthrough in all fields “under the leadership of His Highness the Amir of the country Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid towards the advancement of Kuwait and making it in the ranks of the developed country of the world,” stressing in this regard that countries always adopt with the sleeves of their children and the enthusiasm of their youth and future generations.
The Governor emphasized further that he communicates with all parties in the country to transfer what the governorate of Jahra needs, whether in the service side or technical aspects, which are in favour of the homeland and citizens, the renaissance of our dear country, improving services, solving existing problems and overcoming all the difficulties facing us in field work.
Moreover, he said, “The presence of the people of Jahra and their interaction with our invitation to such meetings is the motivation through which we know the sources of the dysfunction, if any, and discuss in finding solutions as soon as possible.”
Further expressing his gratitude, The Governor sincerely thanked for this honourable presence, stressing that its doors are always open to receive any complaints or inquiries that may occur within the province of Jahra.
On his part, the Director of the Automatic Centre Department at the Ministry of Electricity and Water and the head of the incentive team, Eng. Saud Al-Hayyan, gave the audience a full explanation regarding the program and the most prominent features of this system.
Taking it further, he highlighted about the benefits to the citizens and the state as well, which is within the framework of encouraging and implementing energy conservation measures in all residential, investment and commercially consuming sectors.
In addition, Al-Hayyan also mentioned that only owners of private residences can benefit from an incentive program by registering in the program, which allows the consumer to obtain the discount allocated to those who take the initiative to maintain electricity.
To conclude, Eng. Saud Al-Hayyan also mentioned that only the owners of private residences can benefit from Al-Hayyan presented to the audience the form of new smart metres. He also explained that how each of them work and how to benefit from rationalisation offers, further stressing that participation in the rationalisation campaign is a national work that everyone seeks to instill in the Kuwaiti society, to be part of the community culture.
