Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced on 8 July that it successfully concluded its platinum sponsorship of the sixth edition of the ‘Rijeemy’ Health Program for the second year running. The event, considered one of Kuwait’s biggest health programs, was held during the Holy Month of Ramadan at the 360 Mall and witnessed the overwhelming participation of nearly 1,500 daily participants.
Zain’s sponsorship of this health program comes as part of its extensive Corporate Social Responsibility campaign towards the health and sports sectors during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Zain’s team reflected the company’s active role by their daily presence to guide participants and provide necessary sports equipment.
Zain organized the Treasure Hunt competition in collaboration with Black Hunt, witnessing immense participation from crowds as well as the attendance of a number of social figures. Additionally, the company awarded distinguished participants with valuable prizes.
Zain further added that the program witnessed a number of special activities for participants thorough the daily activities that were held as part of the ‘Rijeemy’ program. The daily Walkathon, one of the event’s most exciting main activities, offered participants and mall visitors a chance to speed walk in 360 Mall alongside the Rijeemy team who provided live health and sport tips.
It is worth noting that ‘Rijeemy’ aims at elevating the level of health awareness among people who are fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. The event is keen on promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle during fasting through engaging participants in exciting activities.
