Zain celebrates new batch of LOYAC graduates

Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, recently celebrated the graduation of a new batch of students that have finished its internship program in partnership with LOYAC, the non-profit initiative that aims at developing youth’s creativity and skills. The graduation ceremony took place at the company’s main headquarters in Shuwaikh with the attendance of Zain’s Human Resources officials.

Zain expressed its pride in graduating the new batch of LOYAC students, who completed an internship program in the company’s branches as well as various departments and divisions within its head office. The students expressed their admiration of Zain’s unique telecommunications experience while working on different tasks alongside the company’s employees.

Zain mentioned that it organizes the internship program for university students all year long in line with its partnership with LOYAC, which extends to over eleven years. LOYAC’s valuable youth-related programs tremendously contribute to the well-being of Kuwait’s youth by training and coaching hundreds of students from different age groups through the use of interactive and encouraging methods of learning.  

The company stated that a core element of its Corporate Social Responsibility agenda is towards encouraging youth initiatives, and it achieves this through embracing students from different universities in the company’s various divisions and departments and offering them monetary rewards to stimulate the real business world environment and encourage them to work in the private sector in the future.

Zain will continue to support similar programs that ensure the implementation of its various social commitments and at the same time ensures strengthens its relationship with several institutions and agencies which organize notable national initiatives.
