It is conventional wisdom that women are their own worst enemies and despite the cliché, the idea rings true. Here are some of the things women should stop trying to do.
Saying ‘yes’ to everyone else: Stop saying ‘yes’ when you do not truly mean it; people actually respect women more when they set boundaries.
Saying ‘no’ to yourself: A lot of women spend a whole lot of time deciding what they cannot do or should not do. Do not allow insecurities and anxieties to make your decisions for you — you will only end up missing out on worthwhile experiences.
Holding on to regrets and guilt: Guilt and regret are two emotions that usually serve to torture the person feeling them. They should acknowledge their regrets and guilt, and then move on to the best of their ability.
Spending time with people out of obligation: Women should be intentional about who they spend their time with and allow themself to let some relationships fade away naturally.
