The Vapiano branch at the Avenues Mall in Kuwait celebrated its first birthday on 10 June, which served as an occasion to reflect on the successes and achievements of the restaurant’s past year.

Vapiano Kuwait has consistently won praise for its vibrant atmosphere, innovative restaurant technology and delicious and affordable menu that redefined fresh, casual dining.

The Vapianisti at Vapiano Kuwait made the celebrations memorable with a few festivities to share the happiness with the patrons; the entire restaurant was redecorated in a birthday party theme and guests were served a complimentary slice of cake. The restaurant even hosted the Economic and Cultural Attaché from the German Embassy, Horst Blasinger.

Vapiano made quite a splash in its first year of operation in Kuwait. The brainchild behind Vapiano’s presence in Kuwait and other locations around the GCC is SunCity Ventures.

Established in 2003; SunCity Venntures is a Bahraini based company, which operates as a franchisee and operator of popular food and beverage concepts in the GCC. The company enjoys a reputation in the market for introducing many well-known brands such as Zayt Zaytoon, Gloria Jean’s coffee and Yellow Cilli.

Mohammed Adel Fakhro, Director of SunCity Ventures, said, “We are very excited to celebrate Vapiano Kuwait’s first birthday. Kuwait is such an amazing culinary state with many different successful concepts, and we are thrilled that Vapiano proved itself to be a favorite among customers.”

Vapiano Kuwait, located at The Avenues is open for lunch and dinner, Saturdays, Wednesdays from 10:00am to 12:00 midnight and Thursday-Friday from 10:00am to 1:00am. Follow @VapianoKuwait for all the latest events, offerings and news.
