VIVA launches E-Store for added customer convenience

VIVA, Kuwait’s fastest-growing and most developed telecom operator, announced today the launch of its E-Store, a full-fledged online shopping facility for its customers. This new service will be available for customers starting from 16 December 2014, via VIVA’s website www.viva.com.kw/ . 

VIVA continues to look for innovative concepts to reach out to its customers wherever they may be. With this latest launch, VIVA is becoming closer to its customers and making their payment solutions easier than ever. The E-Store will simplify the challenges of E-commerce by providing the customer with an engaging and dynamic experience throughout the checkout experience.

Through the new online E-Store, VIVA’s customers can select from any of VIVA’s products and services, or any of its latest promotions, place them into a shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout to a secure payment portal in accordance with current payment security regulations and policies.

VIVA’s E-Store will be available 24 hours a day throughout the week, allowing its customers the ease to browse through all its products, services, packages and promotions. Customers will also be able to view product images as well as video pertaining to the manufacture’s release preview of products and services.  In addition, VIVA’s E-Store customers will be able to conveniently select a preferred delivery date for the products they purchased which will be delivered right to their door step.
