Cuisine: Middle Eastern
Conceptualized by internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany, Véranda, delivers the promise of bespoke design and ‘haute cuisine’ mirroring the designer store Harvey Nichols. Its inimitably appetizing menu by world-class chefs and refined interiors conceive a distinct Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine with a twist of Asian fusion; all made of imported ingredients from exotic worldwide destinations.
Redefining the dining experience at Véranda are homemade Hummus in baby bell pepper with pistachio and tahini light side sauce, or homemade Pita bread, or walnut bread rolls, aromatic saffron-lime-chive-mayonnaise King Prawn fusion twist, Cherry Wood Smoked Salmon, or Nordic aniseed-cured salmon with apple-fennel salad. Desserts reinterpret the Crème Brulée Trilogy; an exotic Madagascar Vanilla Pod Crème Brulée, a Rose Crème Brulée and a Pistachio Crème Brulée. It also serves the largest menu of fine teas in the Middle-East – 21 tea blends, including an addictive Rooibos tea and delicious coffees.
