The Radisson Blu Hotel, the magnificent landmark on the shore of the Arabian Gulf is all set to celebrate its 35th anniversary from 7 to 14 October. Started in the year 1980 under the guidance and support of the late Abdul Hussain Marafie, a doyen in the hospitality sector, the hotel has transformed into a most sought after must-stay destination in the hospitality circuit. The hotel was opened under the patronage of Prince Bertil of Sweden and since then, has given the best the hospitality industry has to offer.
As part of the anniversary celebration, the hotel is all geared up for a week long series of events to make the occasion entertaining for guests and staff. The celebration features a culinary market stall with Arabic, Indian, continental and street food along with live cooking stations, traditional artistry and henna counters, live entertainment and music.
