The Body Shop invites special guest makeup artist Chase Aston for workshop

As part of the brand's commitment to constantly innovate and provide the best for their customers, The Body Shop invited celebrity makeup artist Chase Aston to Kuwait. In The Body Shop store at Marina Mall, Aston demonstrated various makeup techniques on models then answered questions from prominent media representatives and bloggers.

From Cameron Diaz and Britney Spears to Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell, there's barely a celebrity or supermodel who hasn't benefitted from Chase Aston's magical makeup skills. A major force in the industry, he has worked with The Body Shop for over a decade and he is still as passionate about the brand as ever! Aston loves being associated with The Body Shop because he says it's about so much more than beauty and it is founded on core values like activating self-esteem and protecting the planet.

The event has indeed proven to be an inspiration to both the staff of The Body Shop as well as the audience in Kuwait. The prominent makeup artist gave insight into The Body Shop Beauty Must Haves, The Body Shop products that he cannot live without, and revealed many different looks that can be easily created by The Body Shop products like the Smoky Eye Arabian Style, Flawless Glow and Beat The Heat which are all relevant to this region. He also shared tips on brow shapes and trends, creating mega lashes, dramatic eyes, contouring, highlighting, eye trends and anti-ageing looks.

Aston explained how customising products by mixing and layering with skincare can be very beneficial, shared tips and tricks for easy application of makeup, conducted makeovers and answered many makeup related queries.
