Temperatures expected to rise in Kuwait

Meteorologist Essa Ramadan released a statement saying that temperatures in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and southern Iraq are expected to rise in the next few days, and will be accompanied by draining humidity.

Ramadan advised the public to avoid direct sunlight between 10 am and 4 pm, and encouraged all to remain hydrated to ward off the adverse effects of overheating.
