Director of the Labor Requirement Estimation Department at the Manpower Public Authority (MPA) Musaed Al- Mutairi said the MPA dealt with the drivers’ shortage problem in taxi companies and offices by allowing them to have two reserve drivers.

He said a circular was sent to all labor estimation units to grant taxi companies a 15 percent increase in the number of drivers based on registered cars, which means that the company that has 100 cars will have 115 drivers.
