Smart Indian School celebrated Children’s Day on 14 November at the school premises.
The maiden song of the day ‘Bachche Man Ke Sachche’ kept resonating the vigorous students’ being till the close of the day.
The faculty decorated the day with lots of bubbling activities. The vibrantly dressed teachers and Principal were armed with fitting props to display an array of diverse characters from the rap puppet show to the mimicry of a few celebrities during the well thought out programme.
The vital spark of the day was the musical drama ‘School Life – a rendezvous’ resuscitated vivid and mesmerizing lingering, bringing home the message ‘we stayed together, ate together and learnt together – a living together experience’.
Brilliantly choreographed dances and a mime on the theme were received with thunderous applause by the children. The teachers through their dazzling flairs elevated the students to the peak of exhilaration. It was a fun-filled day for the children and a befitting tribute to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
