World-renowned Asha Bhosle, the legendary Indian artiste who hails from India's first-family of music, has translated her second passion in life, her love for cooking, into a culinary concept that is now popular at nine restaurants across five countries.

Cuisine: The dining experience at Asha's pulls off with aplomb a fresh, exotic and innovative style of Indian menu that blends traditional North-Western cuisine with Indian home-style cooking and new-age fusion selection. Enjoy succulent meats flavored with authentic herbs and spices that delight your appetite, and sip into the tantalizingly refreshing cocktails that await you at Asha’s.

What's new: Its six new vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzlers – Tawa Paneer Smoke, Dakshin Murg, Mahi Dum Anaari Smoke, Murg Lazeez Smoke, Nihari Ran Smoke and Prawn Khurchan Smoke – are reasons enough stop by and indulge in the richest of flavors and delectable surprises.

Drinks: Speckled Bangle – Mandarin muddled with homemade vanilla sugar and cinnamon syrup topped with soda water | Maotai – Lemongrass, bird's eye chili and coriander leaves, shaken and lengthened with coconut water | Rose Jam – Rose jam shaken with freshly brewed tea and lemon juice scented with rose water.

Appetizers: Mushroom Kurkure – Battered and deep-fried mushrooms stuffed with cheese, bell peppers and crushed black pepper | Paneer Ka Soola – Tandoori shashlik of cottage cheese, green peppers, tomatoes and pineapple flavored with mustard.

Main course: Chef's Special Dal Makhani – Classic black lentils slow-cooked overnight with tomatoes, cream and butter | Subz Biriyani – Vegetables cooked with biriyani rice flavored with mace, cardamom and saffron | Kesar Biriyani – Boneless lamb biriyani with a rich saffron flavor.

Desert: Gulab jamun served on a dollop of vanilla ice-cream | Ras malai – soft spongy cottage cheese balls dipped in luscious thick, sweetened milk.
