SIS students display their talents at show
September 23, 2017, 1:25 pm

Smart Indian School (SIS) organized its second talent show on 17 and 20 September featuring the talents of students from grades 1 to 5. They poured their hearts into their acts, and their performances drew rounds of loud applause.

Organized by the respective class teachers and graced by the Principal and Vice-Principal, the show was a very enjoyable event for the students to showcase their abilities. The jam-packed day of entertainment saw a rich variety of performances with unique displays of culture through music, dances, vocals and instruments. There was obvious ‘unity in diversity’ as the students highlighted the beauty of their multifaceted culture and country in the aesthetic arena, and showed a real sense of camaraderie and shared nationality.

The main objective of this show was to encourage children to recognize the importance of exerting their talents and to compete good-naturedly for prizes. The talents displayed were a crowd- pleaser, and garnered plaudits for the participants and their efforts. The outfits of all the showstoppers on stage were fantastic and the students were imbued with confidence and pride. The final thank you speech was delivered by the Principal.
