The Smart Indian School (SIS) organized a thematic fancy dress competition for grade 1, on 9 January in the school auditorium. It aimed at sensitizing the students towards the services that different community helpers provide to the public.

The students came forward displaying their costumes and speaking confidently on the stage. To list out a few: hardworking farmer, good veterinary doctor, diligent police officer, talented artist, amiable airhostess, fashionable ‘mannequin’ and others. The children enjoyed the competition and it was a pleasure for all present to see them perform on stage. The judges played a fair role in grading the participants and applauded the students who delivered their dialogues well.
