Puthuvalsarathanima 2015 shifted to 15 January

THANIMA, the prominent socio-cultural Group in Kuwait actively involved in promoting traditional art & cultural forms as well as striving for religious harmony is celebrating their New Year program- Puthuvalsarathanima 2015 - on Thursday, 15 January from 6 pm onwards at United Indian School, Abbassiya. The program which was initially scheduled to be on 4th January will be conducted as per the new schedule.

The main attraction of the event is a ‘Traditional Carol Singing Competition’ which is one of its kind in Kuwait. In connection with the program, there will be an electrical decorations contest for residential buildings in all parts of Kuwait. All the residential buildings which are decorated for Christmas New Year celebrations can take part in the contest.

The last date for registration is 31 December for both the contests. The judgment for electrical decorations contest of the residential buildings will be conducted until 7 January.

Winners will receive trophies and prizes sponsored by Thanima. Socio-cultural leaders will spoke at Puthuvalsarathanima 2015 . Thanima invites  all to the program to share the nostalgic experience of traditional carol singing and New Year celebrations. Entry to the event is free.
