A 1994 forest green Audi Cabriolet, once owned by Princess Diana, will be sold by British auction house Coys on June 29.
Until then, the car will be displayed in London at the Grange St. Paul’s Hotel, almost within the shadow of the city’s iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral,.
“This is an extraordinary opportunity to own a piece of Royal History. We have put a guide price on the car of between 20,000 pounds and 25,000 pounds but we have no idea what it will go for,“ Chris Routledge, managing director of Coys said.
The 4-passnger Audi – shown in one photo with Diana behind the wheel, and Princes Harry and William in the backseat – has only 21,000 miles on the odometer.
Visitors to the Grange St. Paul’s Hotel are invited to leave a sealed bid for the Audi, which will be passed along to the auctioneer during the car’s official sale.
