Healthy and as sweet as it looks, this recipe is a delicious, thick and refreshing pink berry smoothie. You can add maca powder for a great boost of energy. It is also vegan and gluten free.
Combine a frozen, sliced, ripe banana, ½ cup frozen strawberries, ½ cup frozen raspberries, a cup soy milk (or milk of choice), a scoop vegan vanilla protein powder, a tsp maca powder, and (optionally) to enhance the pink color, a tsp pomegranate powder in a blender and process until smooth.
Add cold water as needed to get the ingredients incorporated.
