Ingredients: 16 wonton wrappers, an egg (beaten to blend), 225g chocolate-hazelnut spread, oil for frying, fresh mint leaves, orange zest, icing sugar for dusting.
Preparation: Brush the edges of each wonton wrapper lightly with egg. Spoon a tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread into each center and grate a few shreds of orange zest over the filling. Fold the wrappers diagonally in half over the filling and press the edges of the wrapper to seal. Working in batches, fry the raviolis until golden brown, about 45 seconds per side, in oil over medium heat. Garnish with mint leaves and dust some icing sugar on the raviolis.
