ONCP organizes Amnesty Help Desk for needy Indians

The Overseas Nationalist Cultural People (ONCP) Kuwait National President Babu Francis, Secretory Geo Tomy and  Treasurer Mr. Ravindran distributed free air tickets to different Indian nationals as part of the ONCP welfare program conducted at the Indian Embassy on 10 February.  To help their Indian compatriots take advantage of the ongoing amnesty period from 29 January to 22 February, ONCP offered assistance to those with valid passports and travel documents including injured patients from different states across India. The ONCP organized an Amnesty Help Desk in Hassawi, lead by National Committee members - Bright Varghese, Sreedharan Subayya, Ody Chinna and Bhaskaran Thevar.

ONCP National Committee Members Suraj Pohnath and Saitullah Khan organized a similar endeavor in Wafra, and distributed Amnesty Procedure notices in different languages like English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam. They also received applications for Emergency Certificates to be issued by the Indian Embassy and distributed Emergency Certificates issued by the Embassy of India.

The organization also collected applications for free flight ticket from different state residents as part of the tasks of the Amnesty Help Desk.
