Within less than 48 hours of the use of new rescue patrol vehicles, a traffic accident occurred on King Fahad road when two new patrol vehicles collided and one of them toppled. The driver of the toppled vehicle sustained injuries and was referred to Adan Hospital for treatment.
According to security sources, the two patrol vehicles were affiliated to the South Highways Patrol Division.
When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, the securitymen rushed to the location with paramedics. They rescued the officer who was trapped inside the toppled vehicle and referred him to Adan hospital for treatment.
