February 23, 2016, 8:31 am

Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr Bader Al-Essa said the ministry is keen on using technology instead of paper in the coming period.

The minister made the statement on Monday to reporters following the inauguration of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone’s building, adding that electronic work facilitates many measures and achieves quickly many missions.

He expressed his joy over the scientific project submitted by a female student at the competition of “Ibtikar Al-Kuwait”, noting that the contest helped students to use scientific thinking and innovation. The minister earlier said that the building was established through cooperation between the ministry and the academic faculty, including contributions from students in intermediate and high schools.
