MKP to hold ‘Maurya Manch 2019’ on 11 January

Maurya Kala Parisar, (MKP) Kuwait, is presenting a cultural evening 'Maurya Manch' at 3 pm on Friday, 11 January, at Indian Community School Kuwait, Khaitan Campus. The event will showcase the talents of members and their families through music. dance dramas, skits and others. 

During the celebration of 20th Years of Formation, MKP  had invited special guests like 'Super 30' famed Anand Kumar Founder and Head of 'Ramanujan School of Mathematics'. The event was attended by Association members, students and parents and received coverage in newspapers in Kuwait and in India.

Last year it had invited Padma Shri ex- Cabinet Minister of Government of Dr. C P Thakur, from Bihar who revolutionized the concept of treatment of Kala-azar and is recognized as an international authority in this field, author of many books on medicine and winner of Dr. B. C. Roy National Award, Indian Medical Council.

President Maurya Kala Parisar said while announcing the event to Mauryua Kala Members that through Maurya Manch, MKP has successfully achieved it's two main goals - a platform for expression of culture and presenting Bihar and Jharkhand in positive light to Indian Community in Kuwait.

The entertainment quotient of the event has been appreciated by audiences in the previous editions of Maurya Manch. This year also the programs are going to be entertaining. The entry is free and open to Indian Community in Kuwait. Indian Embassy in Kuwait has confirmed to attend the event.

Maurya Kala Parisar, founded in 1995 and registered with Indian Embassy in Kuwait is a highly active association of people from the Indian states of Bihar and Jharkhand. It has conducted successful events like Ethnic Food Festival for all families from Indian Community, Dinkar Poetry Awards etc.
